German Business Park Free Zone Company (FZCO) was established in early 2007 as a joint venture between Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (the Government of Dubai) and the Bin Jabr Group of Abu Dhabi. The joint venture’s main objective is to create a unique project to serve as a bridge for German companies and investors to benefit and profit from the booming market within the UAE, and to also use such a facility as a platform for effectively doing business throughout the Middle East.
German Business Park is a mixed-use real estate development project located within the Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), which is the Government of Dubai’s premier high-tech park, strategically located within a 20-minute drive to all major destinations in the city. The project has been especially created to offer German businesses with a full array of services & facilities under one roof. Established within the Free Zone jurisdiction of DSO, the complex will also be the home of the German Centre Dubai, a franchise owned by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) with 6 other locations globally, providing affordable office space & business services to small & medium sized companies.
